These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pgphp.cam ("pgphp", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pgphp online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").

pgphp operates under license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any aspect of the pgphp platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2 below;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
• All information you provide to pgphp is true, accurate, current, and complete;

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and pgphp, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the pgphp Services. Online gambling for individuals under the legal age is strictly prohibited by Philippine law. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age. pgphp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by minors will be immediately suspended and funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The pgphp platform is intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You must be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of registration and gameplay. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden. We employ geo-location technology to verify your location, and any attempt to circumvent such technology through VPNs, proxy servers, or other means constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. By using our Services, you affirm that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.4 Exclusions

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from using pgphp Services:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Individuals located outside the Philippines;
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, or affiliates of pgphp or its parent companies;
• Family members of the above-listed individuals;
• Persons who have been previously banned or self-excluded from pgphp or other gaming platforms;
• Individuals on PAGCOR's exclusion list or any government-mandated gambling prohibition list;
• Persons acting as agents or intermediaries for third parties.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access pgphp Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong password containing a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify pgphp immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out from your account after each session, particularly when accessing pgphp from shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available for enhanced security.

You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not. pgphp shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy and completeness. Changes to personal information, payment methods, or contact details must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. pgphp is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

4. Deposits and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods

pgphp accepts deposits through various payment methods approved for use in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, over-the-counter payments, and other e-wallets. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Payment Method Ownership

You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name and legally owned by you. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. pgphp reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. Any deposits made from third-party sources may be returned to the originating account, minus applicable processing fees.

4.3 Processing Times and Fees

While pgphp strives to process deposits instantly, actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and your financial institution's policies. pgphp does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, pgphp implements strict verification procedures for deposits and withdrawals. You may be required to provide supporting documentation for transactions exceeding certain thresholds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification procedures and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name. pgphp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level and payment method selected. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• E-wallets (GCash, Maya): 15-30 minutes
• Bank transfers: 24-48 hours
• Over-the-counter collection: 24-72 hours

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, weekends, or holidays, or when additional verification is required. pgphp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by submitting valid government-issued identification and proof of address. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless approved otherwise by pgphp management. This policy helps prevent money laundering and fraud.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

pgphp does not charge fees for withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may deduct transaction fees from the withdrawal amount. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred during the withdrawal process.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

pgphp offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Detailed terms for each promotion are available on the relevant promotion page and must be reviewed before accepting any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount and/or deposit amount before conversion to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pgphp reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times;
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Placing irregular betting patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

7.1 Game Integrity

All games on the pgphp platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and approved by independent third-party auditing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by pgphp or any player. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed short-term results.

7.2 Betting Rules

You agree to abide by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of conflicting rules, the game-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms. All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed, except in cases of obvious technical errors as determined by pgphp in its sole discretion.

7.3 Technical Issues and Disconnections

In the event of technical malfunctions, system failures, communication errors, or other disruptions affecting game outcomes, pgphp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If you experience disconnection during gameplay, any completed game rounds will stand, and incomplete rounds will be resolved according to the game's specific disconnection policy. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.

7.4 Game Errors

If a game malfunction causes incorrect payouts or displays, pgphp reserves the right to correct the error and adjust player balances accordingly. All payouts made as a result of technical errors or malfunctions are void and will be deducted from player accounts. Obvious errors in odds, results, or payouts will be corrected regardless of whether settlement has occurred.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using pgphp Services. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

8.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Engaging in identity theft or impersonation of another person;
• Attempting to manipulate games or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.

8.2 Account Misuse

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
• Transferring your account or funds to another person;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technology to disguise your location;
• Accessing pgphp from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited;
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

8.3 System Interference

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to pgphp systems, servers, or databases;
• Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers connected to the Services;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software used by pgphp;
• Harvesting or collecting information about other users without their consent.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by pgphp

pgphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases, and we may forfeit any remaining account balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from pgphp Services at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, and any attempts to create new accounts will be prevented. Funds in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be processed according to your instructions.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of wagering requirements and verification procedures. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

pgphp strives to provide uninterrupted access to our Services; however, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or that they will be error-free. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability to you.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PGPHP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, PGPHP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pgphp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

pgphp reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account.

Material changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations will be communicated with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact pgphp customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal proceedings. You retain the right to file complaints with PAGCOR's regulatory division if you believe pgphp has violated gaming regulations.
